aftertaste

heh heh.. finally contemplating for so darn long.. finally gt a new phone. i would say its an aesthetic fone more than a functional fone. its nokia 7360. spend the whole noon scanning thru every corner of the singtel shop @ orchard... was undecided to get the sony ericsson k600i or nokia 7360, the eventual decision was mostly due to the price aspect more than anything else.. made quite a gd deal. paid S$138 for the 2yr plan, then gt a $75 for the trade in from the amk ah beng shop.. haha.. so its abt $70 for a brand new designer fone. haha. nt too bad

.. oh well.. fone aside, some after tots after attending things i never attended before. 1stly. nus prose (promotion for speaking standard english) competition. We, KR get 2nd, SH gt 3rd.. snigger snigger.. overall ($500 price money!!) . it was sweet. haha.. special mentions to anuja, desiree and melody.. gd job! hahah all yr1s frm eblk, so we are nt onli a sports blk, culture blk but also a academic excellence blk! ;) hahah. somehw we had the most number of supporters at the engin auditorium (can be heard from roars of cheers when the MC annouced the 1st runner up).. next is the JamX 2006, ya, i know i am a barbarian, which is why i didnt attended for the past 2 yrs. ha. but it was a amazing sensation when u can see abt 30-ish pple or so at the youth park, cheering on 'the rachels'.. super darn proud to be a kent ridgean... and apparently the mass of crowd felt we are the best performer on stage then.. the results shd be annouced right nw at the moments.. lets hear gd news frm them =) well, these are the things i've been left out, its great to be connected to kr in every aspect..

its weird also to how i would react to things too.. just todae just as my dad was clearing the extra paint from my hse, the 1st tot is 'lets bring to rag, they prob would find them useful..' then off i went to my grandma's place for spring cleaning.. blah blah.. and she gave me her handicraft works (ah ma is an expert for making hongbao lanterns!!!!) and i brought 2 to put them in the E BLK blk lifts. haha. amazing.. im nt acting, its genuinely generated emotions.

boy and gers. its wk3 nw, time for tutorials, get your bums off ur beds and start mugging k. conscious effort is necessary, nt last min mugging. still the same old saying, when u can see the sun, u shd be studying, more so for the appointment holders, those in jcrc, blkcomm and comm chairs. study hard n play hard. lets enjoy this sem like we never enjoy before. =)

eh, blk trip, anyone game to organize one for eblk? i cant wait, this is the activity i am always looking forward to it!! ..
