Assistant Manager/Senior Officer (Marketing)

You will contribute to the planning, development and marketing of premium industrial facilities to both local and MNC clients. You will manage customer leases and provide support to customers' operations in the industrial estates. You will be involved in the conceptualisation of new products, formulating of marketing strategies, implementing of product launches and promotional activities, budgeting and review of policies to enhance products and services.

Requirements: An honours degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent. plus abit of luck Relevant experience is preferred but fresh graduates may apply.
