Grade A

heh, its the turn for singaporean to cook and my, haha. we score a rating out of avg B+.. haha. according to the stringent keibun (jap guy).. its our rare chances to actually cook in our lifetime, besides in blk suppers and probably maggi mee.. haha.. this time, we come up wif a whopping 4 dishes for 5 pple.. incredible.. the most assuring part is that everyone, mostly asians enjoyed the meal and commented 'This is the best asian meal we had so far since we came to seattle!' sob, tears form in my eyes, ok la, abit animated.. but u get the idea. =)

thats so magical. i mean, yes we stink after the cooking, and gt to wash up blah blah.. but the fact is that everyone enjoyed the process and we had so much fun and laughter. so, 1 of my resolution is to master cooking when im bac home. here are some of the visual delights for u guys. check out the color combi. haha..

the menu for the night:

starters: fresh vege
dish 1: Chicken dice with mushrm, topping with samba sauce
dish 2: authentic old grandma bah kut teh
dish 3. omelette with onions, hams & mushrms
dish 4. warm pancakes with maple syrup

and the results: *drum roll*

starters: non-examinable
dish 1: Grade B+
dish 2: Grade A
dish 3. Grade B
dish 4. Grade B+

So overall CAP: 4.13 (Yay! 2nd upper)
